"Long-Prince Expert" says 5 vitamins will be rejuvenated every day at the age of 21? The professor reveals the truth about research

I posted 5 principles for healthy diet on 2024-8-14. Reader Deerhsu sent a link in the response column yesterday (2024-9-3), asking me to give a comment. The link opens an article published on "Midday News Network" that day: Rejuvenation of 21 years old! 78-year-old long-term poverty expert: "5 vitamins" every day to help prolong the impotence.

The "long-term prostitute" in this title is an anesthesiologist and has never done any research related to long-term prostitute. As for the "5 vitamins", they are actually (1) comprehensive vitamins, (2) low dose of aspirin, (3) enzyme Q10, (4) avocado soy extract non-saponioids, and (5) foods rich in methyl thiodinium.

More and more importantly, this article is an illustration of a young woman wearing a fitness suit and eating healthy food. This shows that if she is said to be healthy in the future, she should be responsible for her regular exercise and eating healthy foods, not because she eats "5 vitamins" every day.

This article is noted at the end of the article: 5 supplements a doctor who says he’s reversed his age by 20 years take every day (the doctor said he took 5 supplements a day, and his age was 20 years old).

This English article was published on the Aol website the day before yesterday, and the author is Serafina Kenny. However, it does not mention the source of the message at all, so it may be just a story compiled by the author. The doctor mentioned in the article is Michael Roizen, an anesthesiologist. I used this name and supplements to do a Google search, and the only information I found was the article itself. So, this even more shows that the article is written.

After listing each so-called supplement, this English article first talks about why Michael Roizen was taken, and then says that there is no evidence that taking this supplement can delay ejaculation.

Since the article "China News Network" does not fully present the "negative" information in the original English text, I listed these "negative" information as follows:

1. Comprehensive vitamins: A review of the research conducted by the US Prevention Services Group in 2022 has found that there is no evidence that they can prevent cardiovascular disease or cancer. In June, a study of 390,124 American adults conducted by researchers at the National Cancer Institute found no evidence that they can prolong their lives. (Note: The latest large study shows that comprehensive vitamins will increase the risk of death. Please see my comprehensive vitamins published on June 28, 2024; death risk increases by 4%← 390,000 people, more than 20 years of data)

2. Low dose of aspirin: Taking aspirin regularly can cause risks because it will dilute the blood and prevent the body from forming a coagulation during bleeding. The U.S. Preventive Services Work Group does not recommend that adults over 60 take preventive aspirin. (Note: Please see my low dose of aspirin on 2023-7-27 increase brain bleeding risk by 40%)

3. Enzyme Q10: A small study published in Antioxidants in 2022 involving 37 participants found that the supplement did not increase the amount of Enzyme Q10 in the muscles, and people taking statins may experience pain in the muscles. According to the National Center for Replenishment and Comprehensive Health, although there are some statements, there is no strong evidence that CoQ10 can improve blood pressure and heart failure. (Note: Please see the effects of Q10 published on September 14, 2022)

4. Avocado-soybean extract non-saponifiables: ASU represents avocado-soybean unsaponifiables, which is the remaining plant extract during the soap making process. There are some evidence that ASU can cure osteopathic inflammation because of its anti-inflammatory properties, but researchers say more long-term studies in humans are needed.

5. Magnetothionine: Most foods contain magnetothionine, but the content in mushrooms is particularly rich. Michael Roizen does not take McArthurium supplements, but earns it from mushrooms. (Note: Please see if the 2023-10-8 MgSulphide released can reduce Alzheimer's disease)

From these "negative" information, it can be seen that the "5 kinds of supplements" mentioned in the original English text are either not supplements at all, nor do they have the effect of prolonging the aphrodisiac. The article "China News Network" not only uses buzzing, but also adds books.
