Therefore, if you eat water and cook for a long time, the fat-soluble vitamins cannot be absorbed well, which may lead to immune deregulation, insufficient absorption of calcification and blood loss.

In this regard, Liu Yili said that oils have three main sources: bean, egg, meat, milk and cooking oil. If the meat of boiled beans, eggs, fish and meat will still have some oil and fat, which will not form tangle stones. The most fear is that there is no oil and fat even collected from ordinary foods.

Liu Yili said that people need to collect oil and fat a day to account for 25 to 30% of the total heat. The best algorithm for total oil is two cups of milk, plus 4 to 5 portions for girls and 5 to 6 portions of soybean and egg meat for boys (one portion is three fingers wide), and 4 to 5 teaspoons of cooking oil. She said that oils not only protect the machine, but also help human functions such as hormones and immunity, but too high oils can easily cause obesity, and it is not appropriate to have too much or too low.
