Ramsey: I plan to be a head coach in the future, I never thought I would take this path before

Ramsey was interviewed recently. He stated that he plans to be a head coach in the future.

The 34-year-old Ramsey joined the Mexican Pumas after leaving Cardiff City this summer. He only stayed there for less than four months before leaving. The reason for leaving was that his beloved pet dog Halo disappeared while being fostered in a shelter.

Ramsey served as Cardiff City's interim manager at the end of last season, and when asked if he planned to become the manager again in the future, he told talkSPORT: "Yes, without a doubt. I think that is the route for me in the future. I never thought I would go down this path, but in the past few years I have completed my coaching training and I am currently studying for a professional level certificate."

"So it was something I enjoyed very much at Cardiff City at the beginning. That's what I've done, and then obviously I've been in charge of Cardiff's last three games, which has been really good. "So it was a great experience to go down to the Wales team last week and get to know everything that goes on behind the scenes and the time and effort and detail that goes into preparing the players as best as possible to execute the game plan. "It's addicting and I can definitely see myself going into that in the future.source:7msport vn
