Maiposhun Industrial Building sold nearly 104 million yuan, with a premium of 17%

Merposhen Industrial Building is an eight-story permanent deed industrial building covering an area of about 4590 square meters (about 49,410 square feet). The total floor area of the current floor area is 11,613 square meters (about 125,002 square feet). According to the Urban Redevelopment Bureau's General Development Blueprint for 2019 (URA Master Plan 2019), this area is classified as "B1" for light industry and general industrial activities, with a floor area ratio of 2.5.
Xu Xiaofen, head of Yidi Industrial Investment Consulting, said: "The tender response of the Maiboshen Industrial Building this time shows that investors have continued confidence in Singapore's industrial real estate, especially the permanent title assets located on the edge of the city."
This is the first public bidding for the building, attracting 12 bids.
The collective sale project of MacPherson Industrial Complex, No. 5 Lorong Bakar Batu, Lorong Bakar Batu, was sold for RMB 103.888 million, equivalent to RMB 831 per square foot. This is 17% higher than the original price of 88.8 million yuan.
The statement said that the building is superior, with a street level of 98 meters and convenient transportation. It is close to many major expressways and the Potong Pasir subway station on the northeast line. There are also convenient living, dining facilities and retail malls around the building.
